There's nothing magical about January 1. But somehow, there's always a lot of pressure that comes at the start of the new year. We start setting big goals and resolutions for the year, often to find that the fire has gone out before the month is even over. Stop setting New Years resolutions--they don't work. Let's choose to set up our year for success instead using habits and routines, creating systems that insure that we live with purpose.
