Media & Entertainment Podcasts

Hey friends! James Woodrich here with my friend Kevin Connolly to tell you a little about our new podcast show. First, full disclosure, we are new to this domain, and learning how to be podcasters. But we do know that we miss talking to our friends. That’s what started this rabbit hole of an idea. It turned into a conversation, asking "why don’t we create a show to talk to ALL the artists, club and restaurant owners, service industry people, and/or any creative people that would like to come on and tell us their story?" Not the sad stories. We all know that part. We want to hear about your "pivot" - creating something new, re-creating yourself, learning a new hobby or craft, and maybe even a few crazy road stories from the past. We want to celebrate you as a creative person and show others out there we can find a way to make something new and dig out of this dark place in history. We hope you’ll join us and if you have a crazy story to tell please write us at KevandJames@theKevandJamesShow.com. Thank you and PLEASE…PLEASE, keep on being creative!

NOW OPEN: THE HAUNTED ROAD, ORLANDO’S NEW THEATRICAL DRIVE-THRU HALLOWEEN EXPERIENCE ORLANDO, Fla. (Oct. 7, 2020) – The Haunted Road is now open, a new completely contactless Halloween event that combines theatrical storytelling, twisted creatures and an original storyline in a drive-thru Halloween experience. The event is available on select nights through November 7. Guests will be driving and parking their car at each scene, where the action will come to life thanks to live performers, set pieces, props, lighting and audio to place guests in the center of the original storyline. The immersive journey reveals an untold story of Rapunzel, as she ventures into a world of disarray. A family-friendly experience is also available during the daytime on Saturdays and Sundays through October 31. Families will depart on a journey following Prince Dolt through his magical land, where they’ll meet fairy tale creatures and enjoy music, dancing and tons of contactless Halloween fun during this not-too scary adventure. The event takes place in East Orlando, at 15239 Lake Pickett Rd, at the same locations as Corn Maze Orlando and the Painted Oaks Academy. Admission tickets start at $15 per person and will vary per date. As space is limited, guests will be prompted to select a date and entrance time at the time of purchase. All tickets must be purchased in advance online. Sign up to receive the latest event updates at TheHauntedRoad.com, or follow @TheHauntedRd on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
