This podcast is the ELR's first collaboration with the London School of Economics Law Review. Join Fizaa Ahmed and Selin Uyguç, who interview Julius Ma on his models of costs and wrongs with regards to duty of care — further discussing his paper, "Unintentional Transmission of Disease revisited", which provides a tort law perspective on COVID-19. In this episode, Managing Editor Selin Uyguç is in conversation with Senior Lecturer and UKRI Future Leaders Fellow Dr Rebecca Helm.
