Hi, how are you?I’m Jessica Ann Boykin & I’ve lived a lot of life and by that I mean, trauma. Not the cool hip stuff, the CPTSD, severe depression, latent diagnosis of ADHD & complex grief kinda life. The purpose of this tear drop of a show in the vast ocean of podcasts, is to offer some connections. It is the connectedness to the disconnected. Pain is relative, we all have hurt & struggled & wondered how the f*ck am I going to get out of this? Join me as I ask myself that very question, as I journey through a painful self awareness of faults, fears and f*ck ups.
