Integrity, being true to who you are, is foundational in shaping the workplace environment. You determine whether it is a family or only a team. You determine the level of excellence and driving factors. Poor work environments yield inconsistencies, and employees will reflect what is set, not yielding more than what is asked. Thus, he urges people to be salt and light. Tune in to learn more.
