Sarah spends her free time learning and exploring new ways to develop herself and assist others in finding their own paths. She aims to spend more time writing, exploring, and curiously examining the things that make us tick. Currently, she lives in the Alabama/Florida panhandle where she enjoys quality time with her husband and son, her friends and team, and her peculiar and highly opinionated dog, Max. ------ If you enjoyed this podcast with Sarah, and would like to learn more, click on the link below give a shout out on the Change the Culture FB Group!
